At Willow & Ash, we do everything to make sure your parcel arrives on time.

Please note, in the event of industrial strike action by our delivery partners, parcels may be delayed.

The time frames below are estimates and subject to delays outside of our control.

Standard Delivery:
Royal Mail 2nd Class Service - 2-4 days - Free Postage

Express Delivery:

Royal Mail 1st Class Service - 1-2 days - £3.00 Postage

Returns

If you are looking to return your purchase, it must be returned within 14 days from delivery for a full refund.

We are unable to accept returns of personalised goods unless they can be deemed:

- Faulty

- Incorrect product

- Not fit for purpose

- If you receive an incorrect, faulty or unfit for purpose product, please do not dispose of said product. If the product has been disposed of Willow & Ash Crafts will be not able to replace or refund the product.

Refunds

If you do not like your purchase, then please return within 14 days in the original packaging.

Sale item(s) are non-returnable and non-fundable.

Please note that we do not offer a free return’s service. Returns costs must be meet by the customer.
